Items needed for Registration: Participant Photo (no hats in photo) Birth Certificate 2012 Physical Form (Physicals are available onsite for $15 for all registration dates except 4/21.) Previous year report card (all 4 qtrs)
Registration Fees: Tackle Football - $150.00 Flag Football - $100.00 Cheer - $90.00 + cost of cheer uniform
