The Watling Valley Ministry Team exists to support, encourage and enable Ministry in the Watling Valley Ecumenical Partnership. All those who are in some form of externally authorised ministry or in training for such ministry are regarded as part of the Team. The Lay Chair of the Ecumenical Council is also part of the Team.

The Team meets once a month for a business meeting and there is an opportunity to meet once a week for fellowship and prayer. The Team try to organise one Away Day and one Half Day per year.

Authorised ministers in the Watling Valley Ecumenical Partnership work as a team across the whole area, although

certain ministers have particular responsibilities for churches, projects or specialities.
