Please provide your contact details if you are a tenant or represent an official outside body. Tenancy status will be checked. If it is found that false information or you are no longer a sitting tenant you will be removed.

Caldmore staff members: please state your position.

This site is intended for the use of and or to provide general information to tenants of Caldmore Housing. Members can take part in discussions, plan events, see or download public documents, check out links to other sites of interest. Postings are subject to random checks.

Please note that your details will remain private and confidential. Your personal details will not be displayed on our sites. Your chosen e mail address will also not be shown (unless you choose to do so). We would ask you to upload a self photo when you apply for membership as this will help other members know you when you use the member’s forums etc. However this is not compulsory.

Membership is free.

Member’s postings of any nature must be legal/decent and honest. The webmaster or site host reserves the right to remove any offensive content without warning or reasons being given. Offensive content and or spamming is not allowed and offenders may be reported as may be required by law. Members consent to their postings or images being available on these sites. Should any person require a formal consent form to be signed then please contact us as quickly as possible where a copy will be e mailed to you for completion? The Offserve webmaster reserve`s the right to amend these terms and conditions without notice.
