Webjam Outage/Server Problems
We are aware that for several hours today Webjam was down unexpectedly. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this caused. We have made several bug fixes and code changes to prevent outages like this from happening again in the future. For more information visit the Editor's blog post: Downtime update for 18th December
Notification Counter (Anti-Spam measure) Reset Fix
You may have noticed that in recent weeks; in an attempt to reduce the level of spam that is being sent from Webjam, we have set up notification counters for such things as Blog notifications and inviting members to join pages or events. (For more information visit the Editor's blog post: Combatting spam) The tiers for these are set at 100 notifications per day for free users, 500 per day for Premium users and limitless for our Managed Services users. We noticed an issue with the count not resetting on a daily basis as it should have done. We have fixed this and the count will now be reset to the level it should be each day.
Further Anti-spam Measures
We have also revised and updated our capcha code to make it even more efficient at dealing with spam. We hope to see the level of spam sent through.

Today when I checked the Message Count was NOT RESET:
"Team Sent message daily limit count: you have (196) messages remaining." This is the same count as yesterday after I tried to catch up on my messaging. Is this count reset on a true daily basis or is it supposed to be reset on a revolving 24 hour clock? If it is a true daily reset as I think it should be, then I am still having a problem with it resetting. I post a lot of Kayaking.biking, hiking & camping events on my site and send the invitations out to about 100 members for each event so you can see how desperate I am to have the Messaging Updated Daily. P.S.: John (jeikenberry) I tried to mail you directly from your profile since you are handling this problem but the system would not let me saying the security code didn't match when indeed it did. I tried to resend it three times and each time I tried a new message the same security code number ( 189732 ) came up and wouldn't accept the same number when posted.
