Our General Advice Service is available to Lambeth residents at the above hours. We can offer help and advice on:

WELFARE BENEFITS
Means tested and non-means tested DWP and Local Authority benefits, including Job Seekers Allowance, Employment Support Allowance, Retirement pension, Pension Credit, Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance, Community Care grants, Budgeting
loans, Funeral payments, Council tax and Housing Benefit and preparing for appeals.

DEBT
We assist with debt management of most priority and non-priority debts, including rent arrears, council tax arrears, utility debts, bank or credit card and other debts by assisting with personal budgets and negotiating with creditors to arrange affordable re-payments.

HOUSING
Assist service users by challenging Possession orders, support requests for Repairs or Transfers.
