Webjam is an online system for creating websites for communities. In this case the target community is those in the Honiton area who want to raise their level of fitness, and perhaps lose some weight, by following a programme of walking, jogging or running.
This website is open to the public so you don't have to do anything to see the information and access most of the content, BUT if you want to take part in forums or put your own information on the site then you have to become a member of webjam. This is FREE. All you have to do is click on the link in the first column and follow the instructions.

This is a six week course where the members meet once a week to take part in a one hour fitness session and undertake their own fitness programme for the rest of the week. The second course has just started. Contact John if you want to take part. Download the leaflet here:
