Webjam is an online system for creating websites for communities. In this case the target community is those in the Honiton area who want to raise their level of fitness, and perhaps lose some weight, by following a programme of walking, jogging or running.

This website is open to the public so you don't have to do anything to see the information and access most of the content, BUT if you want to take part in forums or put your own information on the site then you have to become a member of webjam. This is FREE. All you have to do is click on the link in the first column and follow the  instructions.

WELCOME TO THE HONITON WALK-RUN WEBSITE

These pages are to help and encourage local people to use walking and running as a means of fitness, enjoyment and challenge. The site will provide information about fitness, walk-run courses and opportunity for people to share their experiences and link up with others who are wanting to have a fitter lifestyle.
