I was at a conference dealing with the readiness to make the changes that fit today's workforce... Those changes need a certain amount of clarity in vision. I was surprised that I didn't see it! Only after someone shouting out the answer did my focus change. Maybe that was the lesson... In order to make the shift, you have to be open to the promise. Otherwise you will never pick up the signals and clues that will lead you to where you need to go...
