Hey All!!

Just a quick note to tell you that I'm not ignoring you or that I have quit blogging, I just took a vacation and have been out of town and subsequently away from the computer!

We arrived a few hours ago and ran over to the gym to listen and meet Dr. Pam Popper, the personage behind this movement, so there will be a bit more on that later!

But trust me I haven't quit and I am still well on my Vegan Trek!
