Welcome to the Torq Development Team homepage for 2011.....

The site has been put together to establish a base and common meeting place for riders involved in the Torq Development Race Team.  The Team comprises new talent, seasoned racers and loyal Torq supporters who are all actively competing at the highest levels in British cyling.  As well as representing the Torq brand as individuals the Torq Development Team fields highly competitive groups of riders in the hugely popular endurance team races with an enviable results history.  In 2010 Torq supported riders dominated all categories at Bristol Bikefest and the 12:12 events.  In 2010 the team was equally dominant and pushed some of the factory supported teams, such is the talent pool available in the Torq Development Team.

As well as being a focal point for the Torq Development Team's activities and program the site is also a place where team riders can get in touch and discuss their opinions on the races they attented and the future events that will be entered.  There is a programme of events that will be updated with the 2011 calender and information regarding team selection for endurance activities.

The driving idea behind the site is that Torq Development Team members will contribute to content and also steer the development of the site in response to needs of the riders and also of potential sponsors/supporters interested in our activities.
