  Its about time someone is taking the inititive to do something about downtown Tigard.
  For years i;ve been coming to downtown Tigard to go to the Post Office and have always wondered why isn't anything changing in the Downtown.
  I've seen NW 23rd and the Peral District ressurect themselves into exciting business districts. Whats most interesting is that the Alberta District is being supported and promoted as the place to go and spend money. If people are willing to go to that part of Portland and spend money, Surly people would come to Downtown Tigard if the city would inject some life into this very important area.
