Now this is a bit of a rant :) As Ben will no doubt announce shortly he'll be publishing his excellent Sion setting for Savage Worlds. What he won't be doing is publishing it as a Black Orifice production. Why? Because PEG don't think the name is suitable. Now I wouldn't interfere with Ben bringing his game to market, but from my personal perspective this is pathetic! Are role players so sensitive that they have to be protected from anything which might offend a few. I'd prefer to think not. Even so, forcing a company to change it's name before you'll grant a license is censorship of the worst kind and I dislike censorship more than Frank Miller, if such a thing is possible :). So in conclusion while you sadly won't be seeing Black Orifice games in the shops you will see the games Ben produces and my personal message to Pinnacle is Fuck You, Fuck You Very Much!

You have every right to shop the game around to other publishers or even publish it under your own label, so Pinnacle is hardly censoring you. They're simply choosing not to associate their brand with a label they deem less than palatable.

Sounds like nothing more than a case of soured grapes.
