A rule I've always applied to buses, the above now covers my recent gaming additions in regard to stuff I've really wanted. Firstly, Castle Falkenstein, won by furious, and surprisingly addictive, bidding on ebay has finally become mine, after many years of thinking I should own a copy, you know being a Steampunk fan/writer and all. Great setting, nice mechanics, author really should have got his head out of his arse when writing it. The writing has reassured me that my belief we should never compare the Etherscope world to our own in the game text was correct. The other is Hellas: Worlds of Sun and Stone. Now I'm biased about this one as Jerry Grayson, the co-creator, let us look at it at several stages of creation going back over the last 18 months and its had me drooling. The print edition does the game justice and captures the unique Grecian mythic/sci-fi jam that the game aims for. My point, if there is one, its great as a gamer to experience those feelings and rush of new ideas, even if only to you, and interesting concepts acquiring new systems and settings generates. And two lots at once is just sweet
