1. Purchasing Steps
1-1 In Individual Artwork page, click ‘ Add to Cart’ button to go to a Shopping Basket.
1-2 In your shopping basket, check your shopping list and click ‘Purchase Request ‘
1-3 Fill in the necessary fields under online Personal Information Sheet such as Billing Information, Shipping Information and Payment Method. The box below can be used for a query or any instruction you may make. Click ‘Submit’.
1-4 On receiving your ‘Purchase Request’, we will email you to arrange delivery with terms and conditions attached.
1-5 Once you have agreed the final price and terms and conditions with Open Draw, payment will be deducted from your credit card, you may send a cheque or arrange other payment methods. Artworks will be despatched
after receipt of payment.
1-6 If you would like to pay in instalment, please contact to Own Art.
The Own Art scheme is designed to make it easy and affordable for everyone to buy contemporary works of art.
You can borrow up to £2,000, or as little as £100, and pay back the loan in 10 monthly instalments - interest free.
2. Framing
1-1 Open Draw can arrange framing if not been priced in individual Artwork page.
Please mention in a box in your ‘Shopping Basket’.
3. Delivery
3-1 Where the goods are supplied for export from the United Kingdom, buyer will be liable for complying with any
legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination and for the payment of any import du ties or taxes which are paid by buyer
3-2 Open Draw use trusted delivery services and always offer you the fastest and most reasonable method to ensure that your purchase would arrive safely.
3-3 Your purchase are dispatched within five working days of payment has cleared out account.
4. Cancellation
4-1 Open Draw has a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee.
If for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, by notifying us within seven days of your receipt of the artwork.
4-2 The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as was sent excluding delivery costs
and of insuring it during transit.
4-3 In case of photography and digital, as well as works that you commissioned return is only possible if you cover the costs of the production of the work. These costs will be deducted before the refund is made.
