Engagement

Once the strategy is in place, we provide on-going support around all levels of community engagement.

  • Real time advice on community engagement and content. Through real time community performance and content analysis we can give instant advice on how to improve engagement or change/update content as and when required.
  • Hot topic identification and analysis (Frequency of topics appearing in posts/comments)
  • Engagement summary. We will deliver a report with a statistics summary and analysis of your engagement, including hot topics, top contributors identification and basic user segmentation.

Moderation

Providing module level and/or site level content moderation on behalf of the client. Monitoring the conversations to ensure content is appropriate and members operate within the editorial guidelines that have been set. And to regularly review the overall moderated content, to ensure desired moderation levels are achieved.

Typical moderation activities include:

Module level moderation:

  • Forum moderation (post-moderation): remove posts & topics and change settings
  • Blog moderation (pre- and post-moderation): approve comments (pre-moderation) or remove comments (post-moderation)
  • Collaborative module moderation (post-moderation): remove inappropriate text, images or video.

Site level moderation:

  • Privacy settings: Page and module privacy settings to control who sees what, e.g. forum module set to members-only
  • Private moderation page: Private page containing pre-configured search modules with inappropriate language keywords and activity feed

Other moderation services:

  • Reporting issues:  Webjam Customer Support available for member-reported issues through 'Report an issue' link in the page footer. Additional ability to add custom footer with contact information for client
