As I sat here at my keyboard and I watched this thing called a web cast show.
The signal was weak and the picture went in and out.
Even so the songs that my cousin sang were soft sweet melodies.
I could see him in my minds eye's with guitar in hand.
The gift that he has is surely God given as the stories unfold.
As his songs continue, he paints a picture rather it be.
Funny,sad,sweet, fast or slow, surely it is a God given treat for our ears and minds.
I think of him often and I listen to his music until the Cd's are worn out.
I have to make yet another copy still.
Even though we are miles apart we still speak while he performs.
On this thing called the Internet.
I think of his personality and how it shows in the words of his songs.
How his surroundings are in each and every word that he speaks.
He sings of alligators,chickens,cowboy's without a horse, of love and lost.
He's witty and just loves to sing as his stories are told through his music so sweet.

He travels from state to state while on tours and meets old and new friends.
Which will one day appear in a song that he has sung about a Saloon or a mosquito or a coconut.
His talent is for real as he pours all his heart and soul through a mic.
