Ive just got back from weigh-in 12. I now weigh 15st 13lbs. I have really been crying this morning because, I cannot remember the last time I was under 16 stone, and it is all abit much for me to get my head round. I have always been the Big one, the large one, the fat one, 'You know - The BIG girl'.

It has kind of become who I am. Its me, whether I have liked it or not. Now im starting to tread into the unknown, Im feeling a bit lost. Like if I keep losing weight like this, then were do I fit in with everyone. Where is my place, who am I becoming. People reading this probably think I am mad and dont really understand what I mean.

I have lost a total of 3 and a half stone now and aiming for 13 and half or 14 stone by Christmas.
