Well the truth is out.

I gained 1lb. Which isnt bad considering I went off the rails a bit. (That is still 26lbs lost in total)

Good news, excellent news. Jo done my 4 week measurements and I am absolutely astounded.

2 inch loss from bust (much to Dan's dispair)

4 inches from hips!!

5 inches from waist!!!!!!!!

Oh my god......

I am so chuffed. I am back on track and going to try to make up for last week this week.

Can't wait to tell my Mum when she gets back of her cruise.
