I woke up this morning and I weighted myself (Which is becoming a bit of a ritual in the mornings now), and It said 17stone 9lbs!!!! I did it 3 times to make sure and it said the same. That means ive lost 4 lbs since Wednesday. Oh my god, how good is that. I am so chuffed, I just want it to come off quicker coz i am loving it!!!!

 I saw my Uncle today and he said it was really noticeable now too, so that made me feel even better................ xx
