I was born in Manassas, Virginia in 1969. Professionally, I am the owner of Willard Environmental Group, an environmental consulting firm and oversee such projects as leaking underground petroleum tanks, soil and groundwater remediation projects and perform environmental site assessments. I am an OSHA Hazwoper Supervisor and hold many other credentials such as a Certified Environmental Consultant (CEC) and Certified Environmental Specialist (CES) designation.
I currently reside in Manassas, Virginia with my wife, Jeanean. We have three children, Frank, Josh and Tim.
