Sunday 6th April saw a chilled group assemble to put the new static nets up. Unfortunately so did the snow clouds so with none of us willing to risk touching metal we de - camped to meet the following Sunday. Thanks to Barry Harper and Tony Hall.

Week 2 saw helpers galore turn up to help which was just as well as there were more people to look for the missing parts.Highwire Rogers , Legolas Ledden and Backflip Beal (having done a full risk assessment) perched on top of ladders (No not Lawes) 12ft in the air to put the brackets on. It was not easy in the high wind especially as Buck seemed to be carrying a couple of sails. All the while Sir David re-knitted the roll on net. So they are ready to use so all club members use them but be careful. Thanks to Steve Grantham ,Stix ,Keith and Kenny Rogers ,Roger Beal , George Ledden ,Charles Kendall , Graham Harris Sir David Watson and any others who turned up to help.

Written by: Dorian Ledden - 15/04/2008

 You can't miss

 You can't miss

 Snowmen with that Rottingdean Shape!

The Square 6 days before the first game
