The Rock-Fest Committe meets one time per month (the last Wed. of every month). Due to special events or needs the committe may need to add additional meetings.

Meeting Length: Approximatly 1-Hour
Location: Granite Edge Cafe
General Meeting Dates: Last Monday of every month (for exact date and details, refer to the calendar posted on the main page of the stie, Rock-Fest CURRENT EVETNS)
Standard Agenda Includes: Budget, Fund-raising, standard event planning for the 2009 festival and teen events.
About The Meetings: Meetings are open to the public...everyone welcome!
When Do The New Attendees Share Their Information: All new attendees share their information at the beginning of the meeting so they do not need to stay for the full meeting.
