Meetings are open to the public...everyone is welcome!

Meeting Discussions
Tasks for the Team to Tackle
- Vote on a (theme).
- Outline an event plan and poster.
- Establish the time, date, and location of each event.
- Prepare an event budget and raise funds for the event.
- Identify partners to help us and organize planning committees.
- Recruit and organize volunteers.
- Recruit vendors, parade participants, band, and other agreed upon events.
- Secure speakers, entertainers, vendors, and other participants.
- Prepare signs, posters, and other PR materials for the event.
- Handle all logistics and details for the preparation of Rock-Fest.
- Conduct the event.
- Clean up.
- Follow up to the surveys, hold a wrap up meeting after each event to evaluate its success, and make the appropriate changes to the following year's event to ensure continued success.
