However, all canopy tarp units have been ordered so if you need one, you will need to provide your own.  Vendor applications are listed below for Non-Food Vendor or Food Vendor.

9th Annual Community Festival          Saturday, July 9^th          Theme:  Clowning Around Rodeo Style

Set Up:  Saturday, July 9^th starting as early as 7:00 AM.  However, you may set up Friday evening. 

If setting up Friday evening, please contact 320-309-0316 to make arrangements.

• If setting up Friday evening, please make note that the fenced area is not a locked area.  You will be responsible to secure your own merchandise. 
• Please be ready to serve the public at 12:00 PM Noon as advertised in our promotions, unless other arrangements have been made.  If you serve the public after dark, you will need your own lighting, it will not be provided.   

Sign In:  All vendors have an assigned space please see a Rock-Fest staff member when entering into the John Clark Elementary gate off of Broadway Street.

 Special Notes: 

• On Saturday, Rock-Fest staff will be dressed in lime green & orange t-shirt labeled “Rock-Fest Worker”.
• Please drive in and enter the John Clark Elementary School gate off Broadway Street.  At the gate will be staff available to direct you to your reserved space. 
• You must provide your own table and chairs. 

ELECTRIC:  You will have access to the electrical panel.  Please bring extension cords, surge protectors, or any electrical needs that are required by your unit (we will not provide this material).

Special Notes:  Prior to leaving, please clean your area and discard all refuse in the garbage cans or dumpsters.
