Rules & Regulations:

Please be ready to serve the public per your agreed upon start time & do not leave before your end time.
Be considerate of the facility (all garbage should be discarded in the receptacles).
Security: The festival (Rockville City) will not be held liable for loss that may arise from use of exhibit space during the festival event. Exhibitor is responsible for his/her own insurance coverage.
