Back to QUBAnimalWelfare's profile Written on 24-Feb-2008 by QUBAnimalWelfareFur farming is just one of the unnecessary harms done to animals. Do we really NEED to wear a fur coat or have trim on our boots? There are so many better things (and cheaper) to keep us warm during winter.
So we are working with a group in Dublin to ban fur farming. Write to Minister Mary Coughlan, the woman responsible for keeping fur farms licensed. This is a particularly important time to contact her, as the Department of Agriculture are accepting individual submissions regarding the issue. So we need your help to keep the pressure on!
