ALL battles must have the participants post afterwards, stating the result and the pokemon used by themselves and their opponent.

Gym leaders must battle with ratios of 4/6 , 3/5 , 2/4 , 2/3 , 2/2 , 1/1 pokemon of their chosen type, and the remaining must know attack moves of said type.
Every other condition, such as pokemon amount, clauses, and battle style is up to the leader, saving level, which will always be 100, and the neccessity of each pokemon being of a different species.

Challenging teams may use any non-restricted pokemon they wish.
Gymleaders challenging other gyms for their badges may field a team outside of the team restrictions of their own gym.
All challenges must be accepted within 7 days unless circumstances disallow, and are accepted by 2 advisors.

In all but fun battles, unless specified by the advisors, legends and pokemon with impossible features such as stats, abilties or moves are out-right banned, while ubers are allowed.
If a stat-hacked pokemon is found by an advisor to have been used in a gym battle, the user could stand to be removed from the guild. Ignorance is no excuse, get them checked, or raise yourself.

The legendary pokemon are Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Entei, Raikou, Suicine, Regi-Rock, Regi-Ice, Regi-Steel, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Latios, Latias, Ho-oh, Lugia, Rayquaza, Groudon, Kyogre, Rotom, Dialga, Palkia, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Cresselia, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Mewtwo, Mew, Celebi, Jiraichii, and Deoxy are uneligible for gym battling

Kamikaze moves always lose if it is down to the final pokemon and all are KO'd.
These include Explosion, Perish Song and the like.

Only one gym position may be held, and if successful in the challenge of another gym, you must change your team to suit it, and the advisors will pick your replacement.
Gym challenges to be leader are 3v3 single, and both teams must contain a minimum of 2 pokemon of the gym type, the third requiring to know an offensive move of that type.

Bad and innappropriate behaviour on the boards, in the eyes of 2 or more advisors will result in a caution.
A second caution demotes you from any position you might have, and athird will see your membership under review.
Members may be expelled at anytime if their conduct is deemed unfitting by a carried motion debated by the advisors. If an advisor is misbehaving, the other advisors will vote to decide the fate of said advisor.

Any changes to rules, including the establishment of these, must be agreed upon by over 50% of the advisors.
