Fitz Heider, psicologo autriaco

Fritz Heider (18 de febrero de 1896 - 2 de enero de 1988) Heider nació en Graz, Austria en 1896, fue un austriaco psicólogo cuyo trabajo se relaciona con la Gestalt, la escuela. En 1958 el publico The Psychology of Interpersonal Relations, que sistematizó y amplió su creación de la teoría de equilibrio y la teoría de la atribución.

La teoría de Heider nos explica que las acciones humanas están causadas por:

-Fuerzas Personales: Son Internas.(estables o Inestables)

*Capacidad (Estable): Habilidades físicas y psíquicas exigidas para realizar una acción. Puede verse afectada por diversos factores:

· Aprendizajes previos.

· Actitudes como la autoestima.

· Creencias sobre nuestra habilidad para realizar una tarea.

· Factores personales variables.

· Sugerencias de otras personas.

*Motivación (Inestable): Está formada por:

· Intención: Dirige la motivación.

· Esfuerzo: Cuantifica la motivación, mide el grado en que una persona intenta realizar un acto.

-Fuerzas Ambientales: Son Externas (Estables o Inestables):

Dificultad de la tarea (Estable): Fuerza estable, duradera y constante durante el tiempo que dura la acción.

Suerte (Inestable): Fluctuaciones incontrolables del ambiente, que afecta a los esultados de la acción.
