This page is dedicated to the Webjam Product Plan. Here we will outline the products the Webjam team is working on, from the initial planning stages, to the actual implementation. We aim to cover every aspect of the Webjam product - from modules to styles, the registration process to channel creation.
The Product Plan is updated by Webjam's Product Manager - Janna.

As you may be aware, Webjam recently passed into Administration much to the regret of all who have worked with and for them over the past four years.
Fortunately, this is not the end! The administrators offered all physical and intellectual assets for sale and were taken up by private investors, who fully intend to support the continued use and development of the platform. We hope that their business expertise can take Webjam forward and provide a whole new level of service with innovation, communication and community always at the heart. Although it has been a hard slog picking up the pieces, we have a new team ready and assembled to get things moving again.
First off, my name is Daniel and I am the new Accounts Manager for Webjam Mark2. If you have a query, just email me on the address below. We hope that you will have a little extra patience with us at this challenging and exciting time!
Whilst many of the old guard have now moved onto new projects, our new team are working alongside some familiar faces to learn the systems and maintain support for existing clients.
Our #1 Priority is to ensure that existing customers receive an uninterrupted service. You were the victims of this crisis and we want to ensure that as much as possible, you can continue using our services just as you expected to be able to. This means that Webjam Mark2 have paid the server/hosting bills from the moment Webjam stopped and are monitoring all support emails to iron out any issues you are facing.
During this new stage, feedback is vital.
In order to stay around for the long-haul, Webjam needs to be a viable business and for that to happen, we need customers. Happy customers. Excited customers. Customers who love to use our services and tell others about them.
We’re at a turning point.
We’d love it if you shared your thoughts here: the good, the bad and the ugly. You are the customer, and we want to make what you want. We’re at a turning point, where we’ve got to put together a new vision for the future. And we want your help. We won't promise everything, because we don't have unlimited time or money. But we will promise to listen, and hope that in that, you'll be satisfied.
Although this administration has been unsettling for many of you, we hope it means that everything will benefit from a little shake-out.
We’d really value your input.

Now you can download your members list as a CSV and create custom lists of users. In response to comments from our users, we’ve found a way to improve how you can create and manage lists, and filter through the growing numbers of members your network is attracting. We've also fixed it up so that the 'Download' function works for everyone.
Here’s a screenshot of our newest updates:
As always, let us know your comments.

Previously, the option to download a list of all of your members and their associated information was only available to our Premium members. However, with last week's update to the Member management section, we made some changes that made it clear that we needed to make this available to all members. As a result, you'll now see this option in the Members tab of your site, whether you are a Premium member or not:

Clicking on Download as csv downloads a copy of your members list in a .csv (Comma Separated Value) format. You can then open this file in Microsoft Excel or a similar spreadsheet management tool, and access the information about each member more easily and quickly than is available on the web interface.
We hope this helps! Please keep in mind that no other Premium features have been affected. Premium members still get exclusive access to using their own website domain name and advanced styling and content options, such as custom-branded top-bars and footers, and more. If you want to learn more about upgrading to Premium, click on the Premium link at the top of your network.
In addition, we’ve rolled out some performance enhancements as well as fixing a couple of bugs relating to the way you update and save styles. This should help make the process of updating and managing the style of your network much smoother!
If you have any questions or concerns, or if you find anything that doesn’t quite seem to work, please use the ‘Report an issue’ link at the bottom of the page.
