MySkit Performance Editor for PLEO__4__.gif)
What is a PLEO skit? Skits are things such as dances, tricks, leg waves, tail wagging, etc...
Generally, anything PLEO does other than walking is a skit. Skits control PLEO's body movement & sound.
MySkit runs on your PC (not PLEO). Use it to create custom PLEO dances & performances. There are many features, effects, and safe-guards to make editing easy. MySkit directly supports initializing SD flash cards using a card reader. Anyone familiar with Skitter should feel right at home.
MySkit works on Windows 98, 2000, XP & Vista. It uses OpenGL for drawing a 3D PLEO preview. A fast machine is not required for simple editing. However, for simulated playback a fast machine (800 Mhz+ CPU) with a 3D graphics card is recommended.
Download the MySkit Installer to your PC desktop. Double click on the installer icon & follow the simple step-by-step instructions. |
The first time you start MySkit, you see the welcome window. Here you're asked if you want Windows to open PLEO skits with MySkit.
Click "OK" so Windows uses MySkit to open them (recommended).
Click "Skip" and nothing is changed.
You can change filename associations any time (from Edit menu, click Preferences).
