Offserve to Change Name
Help us to choose a new name to replace Offserve As part of the ongoing plans to re-launch Offserve we would like all Caldmore tenants to have the opportunity to help us choose a new name. The panel feels that the new name should reflect the key facts that we are all TENANTS of Caldmore housing. The new name should help others to identify us as a tenant lead organisation and that we aim to develop formal links with all tenant groups. Below you will see a shortlist of possible new names and we would like you to choose one which you think would best describe our new group. The deadline for your suggestions to be received is 5pm Friday June 26th 2009 Suggestions can be posted to the Offserve office at Caldmore Green, or you can use the links on either the Caldmore or Offserve websites. Please note that these are suggestions only and the final decision will be taken by the panel.

- This profile page refers to Caldmore Tenants Federation as a whole.
The CTF sites have been set up to enable tenants of Caldmore Housing to gain information,take part in general discussions,and is a supplement to the main work of the committee.
CTF was formed to replace the former Offserve panel and the new committee would like to formally thank those former members of Offserve who helped to establish to ground work which we are pleased to continue.
The former Chair Mr George Lane had to retire in September 2008 due to health resons.The then vice chair Madeliene Holland took over as acting chair utill the 2009 AGM whereby she decided not to continue.In accordance with formal policy changes in late 2008,a new nomination and voting procdure was agreed whereby the new chair would be invited to place a mini profile in the next alavailble edition of Gossip.Only one such nomination was recieved and therefore a new Chair was duly appointed at the 2009 AGM held on March 31st.His name is Melvyn Shaw.The new vice chair is Robert James,the new secretary is Chris Edwards , and the new Treasurer is Pam Lane.
You do not need to be a formal member of CTF to take part, and so help make inportant suggestions on inproving services we recieve as tenants.
If you are a sitting tenant of Caldmore then you are welcome to apply to join this site,where you will be able to take part or express your views.Tenancy will be comfrimed with housing managers.
