North Antrim Riding Club competed in the N.I. Riding Club Indoor Individual Show Jumping Championships last Sunday 20th February.  We were delighted to be represented by our members and Chef d' equipe Vincent Traynor as usual ensured they were put through their paces prior to competing.
 
Our Club was represented by Amy Thompson, Paige & Courtney Watt all from Aghadowey and Alice Wilson from Ballymoney.  Paige was the first to ride and rode a beautiful double clear putting her through to the 'Jump Off', she was followed by Amy who again rode a lovely double clear also putting her through to the 'Jump Off', the girls where then followed by Courtney and Alice who both rode excellent but incurred faults and their competition was over for the day.  It then came for Paige and Amy to ride their 'Jump Off' and Paige being first to go rode for her life going clear in a time of 35.08, Amy followed though incurred faults and her competition had ended.
 
Congratulations to all riders though the day was Paige's after gaining 6th place.  All riders want to say a big thank you to their Chef d' equipe for giving of his time and sharing his expertise on the day.  Congratulations Paige may this be a good season for you.
