It is said that just 'a few can catch a liar', and that only experts can reliably tell, just by looking, whether someone is deceiving you. In this case, however, even someone suffering from prosopagnosia (face blindness), could tell the guy in the illustration is not someone you can trust.

The Liar/Face example, as the "con-un-seis.y-un-cuatro-aquí-tienes-tu-retrato" one, might not be examples of great typography, but certainly are 'pure' cases of creating faces JUST with type.
