Clan Structure
Would all players please see the Chain Of Command page and make their Clan "tag" as shown there.
The rank structure of [NBC] will be :
Commander in Chief : Gunner24.
- Field Marshal - Army Commander
- General - Corps Commander
- Lieutenant General - Divisional Commander
- Major General - Brigade Commander
- Major - Battalion Commander
- Captain - Company Commander
- Lieutenant - Company Officer
- Private - The fighting soldier !
Please note : Private will only be used for reduction of rank due to mis-conduct.
This allows progress within a military structure, without the need to pass tests and interviews, to move though the ranks. Members will not have to be game “experts” in order to progress.
Promotions will be awarded though a combination of length of active service, battlefield skills, plus, contributions & idea’s to the advancement of the Clan.
Members should be aware that promotions might not be a regular occurrence, until the Clan numbers are increased enough to make that practical.
All ranks will be expected to take orders form their superior on the battlefield.
Members will be encouraged to contribute to the forum and are also expected to take an interest in what the other Napoleonic Clans and Community members are doing.

Entry level into NBC.
The normal entry level will be at the rank of Captain, providing you are well "known" in the ntw2 community.
For those people not known, the starting rank will be Lieutenant. Promotion to Captain will normally be quick - providing there are no problems.
A very well know and respected player that joins, may enter at a higher level then Captain, the level will depend on their contribution to the ntw2 community seen to date.
