Here you will find the current summary of the Clans position, in regards to Awards and Achievements gained so far.

These will be viewed as a measure of success, to meet an objective is to succeed, we will not have negiative thoughts, so not meeting a task is not failing, it's to have another chance to succeed later !.

As with all things within [NBC] we want signs of encouragement. We all have different real lives to lead, and we all have different amounts of time to spend on Clan matters.

Please take part as much, or as little, as you feel comfortable doing. There are no targets of any kind that HAVE to be met, everything here is up to the individual to take part in, or not, as they desire.

Who's winning the lobby games in [NBC] ?

Please note : "Lobby time" is difficult for me as I don't always see you all in the lobby. If you are spending time in the lobby when I'm NOT there please post in the forum that you have been ACTIVE in the lobby and have played about "x" number of games in the last few weeks / month etc.

The reason this is important : Lobby time will be one of the most important aspects taken into account for promomtions. I want to give everyone a "fair" chance, if you are spending time in the lobby when I'm not around please let me know - otherwise, I don't know you've been in there.

Clan awards

ntw2 Winning games

Whilst the aim of [NBC] is to get together for a fun and enjoyable experience, many players do enjoy the more competitive aspects of playing games. With this in mind I would ask that members would please report any "winning" game's in the Game Results Forum.

The report only needs to contain :

The players involved.
The date and map used.
The winner(s) name.
A brief battle description.
A game replay if possible.

There will be no documentation or pc work involved, it will be done by trust between fellow Clan members.

As most things within [NBC], players are not obliged to take part, but after playing a lobby game, it will only take a moment to nip into the forum and post the simple result.

Other awards with there "Icons" :

Recruit one new member into [NBC]. Please report this in the recruitment section of the forum.
A detailed description of a battle you have fought recently in the forum. A a replay uploaded and points of interest to look out for when viewing would be helpfull.
.
Starting (or joining in) a forum topic about any subject that get's lots of attention and discussion. This covers both the "private" [NBC] forum and also the "open" nwg forum.
Hall of Fame award, please note : This will be a rare one.
Traning and testing sessions reported in the T&T forum.

Awards will also be made to members for contributions to [NBC] such as, but not limited to :

Idea's and actions leading to an improvement in the Clans image, standing or reputation within the Napoleonic Gaming Community.
General Community involvement, including maintaining good relationships with others.
Projects undertaken for the good of either [NBC] or the Community in general.

Each award will earn one "Eagle" as displayed.

There will be no formal system of these awards being made, I will endever to be as fair as possible but, please if I miss something, just shout. All these awards will be taken into consideration when promotions are made.

I may also take advice from the Senior ranks of [NBC] and take note of comments and remarks from others outside the Clan that may have a bearing on the [NBC]s reputaion.

Please remember, if it's not recoreded in the forum, I won't know it happened, and so won't be able to give credit for the award.

Recruitment.

As new objective, I'd like us to try and recruit enough new members into [NBC] to reach 42 by the end of August. The current count is 38.

That would mean about 1 a week from now - 29th July 2008 to the end of August.
