Key issue
Northfield Township has a no growth and an anti growth reputation and that has resulted in stagnation of our budget and services provided to the residents.

How I would address it:
I would create a development friendly environment and take down the roadblocks to development that have recently been put into place and work toward reversing the existing reputation. I have committed to working the position of Township Supervisor full time in order to accomplish this. It's going to take a lot of relationship building on the part of the Supervisor and the municipal offices as a whole to accomplish this. It can be accomplished and it's going to take a person skilled at marketing their assets and a person who understands the needs of businesses that might want to locate here. As a former small business owner and with the fiscal experience of working in the corporate world with multi million dollar budgets, I have the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise to handle this. I understand the challenges that small business owners face and am experienced in finding solutions to them.

Key Issue
Budget concerns that are resulting in loss of services to residents and important infrastructure needs that are not getting funded.

How I would address it:
Run the township like a business. Streamline costs and trim excess, hold the supervisor's office fully accountable to the citizens. Aggressively pursue new development to add to the revenue stream.

Key Issue
Out of touch with the shifting priorities of the community, the needs and wants of the residents, relying on old information and old survey results to formulate planning.

How I would address it:
Form alliances with the various components of the community, the service clubs and organizations, business groups and the school district. Form focus groups and hold annual town hall meetings to get in touch with the pulse of the community.
