Deb is pro business and aggressive in pursuit of adding low impact revenue builders to the tax base of the community. Whe is a protector of the waterways and supports clean water iniatitives and preservation of the rural character of the community. "We can have it all, growth in the bussiness sector, preservation of our natural features and small town charm."
Deb is a right to life supporter, values her family relationships and teaches Sunday School at Sts. Constantine and Helen Church in Westland.

Deb has enrolled in the Township Governance Academy, an accredited educational curriculum offered by the Michigan Township Association. The association is formed with the following mission:

Deb Mozurkewich, a 13 year resident of Whitmore Lake, has filed intent to run for the township supervisor position in Northfield Township in the November general election. When queried, Deb responded “…I am motivated to serve to build a better community for families to live, work and play in. I care about the community I live in am willing to work hard as a full time supervisor to do what I can to improve it.” Deb has had a positive impact in the previous neighboring community of Pinckney, where she lived and owned a family business for 15 years. She has served in positions of leadership across civic, municipal and charitable organizations for the last 20 years.
