This module allows you to upload and display files that users of your network can download to their own computer.
The files are saved in a file library that includes all the files you have uploaded to the system (photos, documents, etc.).
To upload/display a file click on the '+ File library' button. In the file library you can choose to display a file from the library by clicking the green 'Insert' button, or upload a new file by choosing the 'Upload' tab.
Settings
Collaborative mode - allow users of your network to upload files to display in this module. Users will be able to see the '+ File library' button.
Sort by – set the order of display of files: by date added or by name.
Show description – tick if you wish to display the description for each file (you can edit this by clicking the '+ File library' button and clicking on the ‘Edit’ icon.
Show file size – tick if you wish to display the file size next to the file name.
Show file type – tick if you wish to display the file type (e.g. .Doc, .xls).
Allow replication – allow other users to replicate this module so that an empty Files module appears on their network and they can upload/display their own files.
