Retreat Reservations
Registration for this year's retreat will be handled a little differently than in years past. If you are staying in the block of condos, the retreat fees will vary based on when you send in your payment (as follows). Also, everyone must register using an online form.
Note: The last day for full refunds is Friday, April 16th, 2010. Any requests for refunds after this date will incur a $30.00 fee to offset any open room costs.
Fees include one person's lodging for the entire three night stay at the Alhonna Resort! It also includes an oxygen fee, which saves us from having to lug in oxycons or personal tanks.
ALL retreat attendees will need to register; even if you are staying in your own rooms. Registration can be completed in two easy steps.
1.) Simply complete the online registration form.
2.) Submit your payment.
Note: Your registration is not complete until your payment AND registration form have been received.
Spouses/Family Members/Guests
In past year's there has been a lot of talk regarding spouses, children, parents, etc. who are interested in attending the retreat and staying in the condos. While we're all about "the more the merrier", we do want to keep the opportunity to include as many glass-minded people as a priority. Depending on the level of interest from glassy people, we may need to limit how many families stay in the condos. Additional rooms or cabins can be reserved for families, if need be. Inquire with the main office at Alhonna to see if any other units are available.
Also, as a reminder, please do not bring pets or children under 12 years of age.
Food & Beverages
As always everyone is responsible for bringing some food and beverages to share for our three dinners. In each condo, "condo-mates" are responsible for working together for breakfasts and lunches. Sign ups are now open, so visit the Sign Up Sheets tab to mark down what you'd like to bring!
Demos/Workshops/Activities
Each year, we have a schedule that's jammed packed with demos, activities and workshops. All of the standard activities will take place (i.e., bead exchange, chinese auction, bead show, etc.), but be thinking about any workshops/activities you'd like to run, or techniques you'd like to demo!
If you are thinking about running a workshop, please check out the Discussion Forums and/or the Workshop & Activities tabs for additional information!
Torches & Equipment
Sign ups will begin immediately for those of you who will be bringing items to use for the torch set up. Our goal is to have at least 10 functioning torches, so the main items we need are: torches (obviously), oxygen/propane regulators, arrestors, splitters and propane. Visit the Sign Up Sheets tab to access the lists.

Refunds
Any refunds requested after April 16th, 2010, will incur a fee of $30.00.
We'll be getting tanked oxygen again this year, which is included in the registration fees. Attendees staying in their own accommodations will still need to pay $10.00 to cover the cost of the oxygen for the weekend. Oxygen payments can be sent after submitting the registration form.
If you are bringing a spouse, friend or family member who does not make beads, they do not need to contribute the oxygen.
