By car: Body Matters pool is easily accessible by car it being 5 minutes from the M2 and the Frindsbury By-Pass. The centre has a large free car park which can be found on the Lower Higham Road
By Public Transport: By Train to GRAVESEND STATION then:By Bus (136, 480, 490,498, 499)
