I've been a knife nut since before I can remember. Until recently, I was into outdoor knives -- bushcraft, hunting, fishing, etc. But now that I'm learning to cook, I've come to appreciate kitchen knives as well.

Recently I've been contributing to the OnlyKnives blog. OnlyKnives.com provides frequently-updated articles focused on reviews of knives, collecting tips, and purchasing advice. Brands they've showcased in the past include Chicago Cutlery, Marble's and W.R. Case. Topics include the centuries-old Japanese forging process and highlighting the quality of USA-made originals.
