The only way we can measure success or failure is to compare our viewpoint with the word of God. Any time a person or country lapses in judgement and take their eyes off the Lord, then...I think we are on a path to failure. America has done thus...when we aboard unborn babies..and suffer no consequences for our sins ---homosexuality-- willingly disobey the laws of God..leaving God on the outside of our lives..NO fear..NO reverence to the things of God. No Godly leadership..we're falling ( the list could go on) God would have to apologize to those in the biblical days if we get by in our rebellion. I'm reminded of the verse.."and they did that which was right in their own eyes." No one seems to be doing wrong...We had a vote in Asheboro on selling alcohol..there were christians that voted for it. Thought there was nothing wrong with it. God help us when we call good - evil and evil - good. It's here in this day. But, thank God for HIS sweet Holy Spirit for interceding for us. Do I want to be anywhere else in this world? No..with all of America's faults I'd still rather be an American!
