Jagoda Poynte is a development of detached villas located on the outskirts of Albena and is approximately 15 minutes drive from Varna on the Black Sea coast of east Bulgaria.

The site co-ordinates are: Latitude: 43º 21’24.76” N  Longitude: 28º 00’31.61” E

The site developers are Aston LLoyd & Partners International Ltd who joimtly market the site with Obelisk International.

The development was formerly known as The Poynte but was changed to Jagoda Poynte to reflect the fact that some buyers transferred from the nearby Jagoda Villas site which was also to be developed by Aston LLoyd but is currently on hold due to the recession.

Jagoda Poynte is being built in 2 phases. Phase 1, consisting of 22 villas, was started in June 2009 and was originally due for completion in May 2010. Completion of Phase 1 is now estimated to be December 2010. Phase 2 will consist of a further 16 villas and is due to start in December 2010 with a planned completion of date of no later than December 2012.
