Meet the Alnwick & District Camera Club
Alnwick & District Camera ClubThe Mechanics' Instuitute, Percy Street, Alnwick
6 May 2009 19:30We are a group of enthusiastic photographers involved in both film and digital photography. We meet once a week between September and April for our evening sessions which include illustrated talks on all kinds of photography from professional as well as amateur photographers. There are practical nights, demonstrations and competition evenings and we try to cater for all levels of skill and interest. If you have a camera, whether it be a 'phone camera or a high-end Nikon or Canon 'professional' digital or film model there will be something to inspire you.
In addition to the winter programme we run a series of Wednesday evening walks during the summer months to local places of photographic interest.
You are invited to come along to the Club Room at:
The Mechanics' Instuitute
Percy Street
Alnwick
at 7.30 on Wednesday evenings.
There is wheelchair access to the Mechanics' Institute.
There is no obligation to join on your first visit but you may well be tempted by the very reasonable membership fee of £10 per annum.
