About me:: As a media coach/tutor for crossmedia strategies I work at several media schools. After more than five years in the domain of crossmedia (management, editions, coaching) with success I founded 2007 a new company called CrossMediaConcepts & Co. who is covering all the strategic and operational needs of editions, companies and federations. Four years I was the editor in chief of the Web TV division of well known media enterprise IMG.
Before becoming specialist in crossmedia studies, analysis and strategies, I was 16 years editor in chief and launch-/relaunch manager of several successful sports magazines, head of communications of federations and large events and editor in chief of a weekly newspaper in Basel/Switzerland. My first company (Working Press Basel-Montreal founded 1992) was a big success despite difficult years in the medias because of our innovative ways we choose. The company still exists and is leading some publications (print, TV and crossmedia). In my carreer I worked in german, french and english, sometimes in hebrew too for special projects in Northern America (especially in Montreal/Canada), Israel and Europe (France, Germany). Furthermore I wrote some books (technical literature, 8 yearbooks of Swiss Hockey and NHL and a EURO 08 commemorative book) and special interest literature.

I still like to be editor in chief and to launch ideas and concepts (especially in the crossmedia domain), but I want to support and develop more my strategic and analytic talent. Now I prefer to teach journalists and to show them, what is to come in the media market in future. Furthermore I create and supervise new TV concepts and formats. That’s my real professional passion now.

But my greatest passion is my daughter Jael (3 years). And of course sports (former icehockey player & sports teacher) and music (former saxophone player). After few years of rest I intend to relight the fire for these passions.

Hi... I'm new here! Happy to get in contact with people on this networking site. My motivation being here is to connect with intelligent, educated and smart people.
