Claims Handler
Do you have previous experience in motor claims?
Do you have good customer service skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office?
Our client is one of the leading vehicle accident management companies in the area and is currently seeking a Motor Claims Handler who has some experience in working with motor claims.
Your main duties would be to manage the end to end motor insurance claim on behalf of the client. Collating and verifying all required details from client and third party. Dealing with requests and issues promptly while processing payments received in a timely manner while all the time maintaining communication with the client.

This role is to deal with the vast amount of enquiries my client receives from the consumer sector. This role combines a high level of customer service and sales skills which are essential to overcome any objections. Previous telephone experience is required as is the ability to fact find.
Due to the speed that my client is expanding they are looking for people that want to progress within the company and build a career. Over the next few years there will be opportunities to progress within the sales department of the business or move into management if you show the level of aptitude required.
Outgoing and motivated people required ideally with experience in the telesales industry, although, this is not essential, an excellent telephone manner is.
