=====
"A man who fought and died trying to overthrow capitalism and material excess should not be used to sell British vodka, French fizzy drinks and Swiss mobile phones, among other travesties, said Aleida Guevara, Che's daughter. "We don't want money, we demand respect." Yes, sure... And I'm a monk.

Che is a trademark never registered and at the same time became in an ingredient brand for many others. If a brand needs a dose of youth and transgression, just stick a Che and you'll have a cult brand.
The famous picture taken by Alberto Korda, then posterized by Jim Fitzpatrick, shared bedroom walls with several "young martyrs" as Morrison, Hendrix and Janis. It was printed over pants, drinks, cigarettes and even baby wear.

Until the revenues, always!
