You can set it to do all sorts of things that will help you gain visitors to your site. Periodically we'll update you a new way to utilise twitter. If you want you can also follow Webjam on twitter.
TwitThis is a mini button that you can add to an HTML module on your network that allows visitors to you site to quickly share your page with their followers. TwitThis works well at the end of a blog as well as just placed on your site.
Visit http://www.twitthis.com and go the the 'Tools' tab to access the HTML needed to create the icon on your page.
