Bowhill Recycling & Restoration Facility Visit - 10th November 2010

Green Business Fife will be organising a visit to the facility on Wednesday 10th November 2010 at 2pm. Bowhill Recycling & Restoration Facility has been in the forefront of efforts to maximise the reuse of waste materials where appropriate in construction projects. Their extensive range of crushing and screening equipment enables them to supply and deliver recycled materials to a wide range of customers.

This visit will entail a tour around the site followed by a networking opportunity and afternoon tea.

Save Energy and Increase Profits! - Free Half Day Workshop - 22nd September 2010

With the prospect of businesses' energy bills rising by up to 26% in the next decade Green Business Fife will be running a free morning Energy Workshop in partnership with the Carbon Trust to assist businesses reduce their energy costs.

Explanation of the Carbon Trust’s many free web-based tools for SMEs

Presentation on energy efficiency training and achievements within Fife Council


The Carbon Trust will also be happy to discuss energy bills from your own site so you can learn how to analyse them to identify cost savings.
