Pointblog, the first french blog relating the state of the blogosphere since it's beginning in France is now closed. It's main, and since many months, exclusive author, Gilles Klein, has made the decision to stop it and to move all the content he has been producing since years somewhere else: lemondedublog.com (= the world of blogging).

Pointblog was the property of a french PR boutique's CEO, many ongoing and pending "problems" led to this situation which has as only issue the closing of the blog.

The good news is that Gilles Klein has enough motivation to move on and to keep providing us with his high quality blogging and this is what has to remain.
