http://www.TRAIDmark.org explains how easy and counter intuitive it is to donate all your net profit to INNOVATIVE charitable work and get richer than if you were to selfishly clasp on to as much of the tiny profit you would generate without using this selfless business structure. If you register as a charity there are also may other advantages and benefits that will contribute to your success and therefore your performance pay. The irony is that people who do not use this are making themselves miss out. As it is free there is only one reason which is ignorance/awareness so  please tell anyone you know so they do not miss out.

The premise is this. As we are all standing on the shoulders of giants by using the wheel, fire, tools to name just a few of our ancestors gifts to us... we are obliged to pass on what we create to future generations by NOT claiming ownership of them but instead working on projects  that are run 'for the people' such as not for profits and charities. The hidden benefits of doing this can only fully be discovered by trying it. For instance when you create this people often find your work and offer to help in unexpected ways that help you personally and professionally.

There are two groups, The have's and the have nots. Those that have wisdom know that selflessly helping others is key. Those that do not have wisdom think that selfishness is key. Both benefit and can collaborate using Traidmark.org

We would like to help anyone wanting to help others. For instance  can
we help you using the http://www.TRAIDmark.org business model (where you
get rich with performance pay and you gain from added goodwill created
by donating funds to charity?) This is essentially a cooperative or Not
for Profit but where any surplus funds are invested in NEW Innovative
Not for Profit activity that solves different social problems innovatively.

It solves several issues.
A. It invests any wealth generated into more Innovation creating
Institutional Innovation
B. It stops organisations getting large (large organisations become
inefficient)
C. It stops anyone running any organisation from getting corrupted by
power/wealth as all organisations are small and efficient.
D. It rewards success (through the application of Innovation) in a
clever way that encourages selfless hard work by enabling the successful
people who use the business model to go on an invent then develop new
innovations so they create the freedom co continually make new ways to
help others. It also rewards hard work with performance pay so anyone
motivated by greed can still get rich (without owning the organisation).

Traidmark.org was created to help people like you make the largest impact with your donations. The key is for you to donate to INNOVATIVE new charitable work that is more efficient than traditional charitable work. This is ideally charitable work that solve the cause of a problem in a sustainable way rather than pick up the pieces. Often this can be done by creatively inventing solutions.

FREE Institutional Innovation structure that benefits everyone

FREE Institutional Innovation structure that benefits everyone.

Business structures to benefits everyone by creating institutional innovation that will make any organisation innovative more and therefore create better services that then help improve everyone's lives.

Explanation of the benefits from the simple act of donating net profit.

An organisation is trading normally today (or is in difficulty or not making a profit)

The organisation makes the simple change of structure by formally agreeing to donate 100% net profit (after wages/tax/R&D) into innovation and innovative brand new charitable work.

This enables the organisation to get a goodwill value boost overnight which increases the value of the company.

Customers an suppliers and competitors then look on the organisation as a partner rather than a competitor and so will do extra things to help the company grow (loyalty, voluntary, complimentary).

Employees work harder knowing that any extra funds will be used for charitable work (and everyone in the organisation including the founders AND investers can get rich by getting performance pay as they work hard to make the organisation as success).

So everyone wins. The Investers and founder and politicans all win as they get increased productivity and get rich through performance pay and they get to become philanthropists and benefit from getting goodwill (and feeling great about the philanthropic organisation they created) before they get rich (rather than after they are rich which is the way the old philanthropic model works).

So this Traidmark.org business structure builds on the  proven soccess of the Cooperative model where by surplus funds are given out but IMPORTANTLY funnels those funds so they can be used to create innovation that cost effectively can help everyone (aiming to fund future innovations as revolutionary as the wheel / bicycle...)

We have created a format for providing locations and infrastructure that
enable people to work together on social projects that also raise funds
for charity and would like to work with you. Is it possible to rent some
of your unused space for a long period of time at a group booking rate?
We want to do this to provide a place for university students/graduates
to collaborate on projects when your space is not in use. If you would like
to collaborate on this please join this group and get in touch.

Everything can be used to do good, bad and lots more good if used by the right people in the right way (so the tool maximises its potential).

Here are some points on making sure that creative ideas/products are use to do the most good and to help protect them from being stolen to be used for selfish or negative reasons (almost always unknowingly by the person who is stealing the idea and/or using it in a negative way)

(this may sound obvious but it is so important I wanted to remind myself so maybe you want to do so too)

If you read this content join http://www.UGCunion.org and suggest ways you want to work on collaborative ideas/projects that do good.

1.
Once an idea/product is created check that you cant think of any negative ways to use that idea or ways that others could use it to fulfil selfish motives at the expense of others.

2.
Be careful who you tell about your ideas/product. It is best to let those doing positive selfless work gain access to good ideas/products before those doing selfish work. This will enable a double positive effect to take place as you help them gain an additional advantage which boosts their work.

3.
Make sure the idea/product does good even if it is stolen so that the person who steals it will be unintentionally using it for good.

4.
Always remain open to others helping to enhance your product/idea and give positive feedback to others work too.

5.
Make sure your product/idea does not use others goodwill. Using volunteers is one good example of this. Volunteers should always get at least one positive thing out of their experience as well as the positive feeling of giving something back. This is imperative so that those volunteers are rewarded and gain something extra so that they can do an even greater job next time.

6.
Reward others good work in any way you can from positive feedback to giving them things that you don't need.
