ok, we have been interviewing a lot lately, looking for some fresh talent to join the Webjam team, and I find that many of the things I thought were obvious, basic, in the 'art' of interviewing for a job, are far from basic. Many people coming to interview with us are making such basic mistakes, that I thought I would share with you, and you can share with your friends and we can all be happier at the end of the process!
