Jaff, Esq. is an author and attorney committed to the advocacy of rights for the chronically ill.Her CV includes; five years at the Connecticut Attorney General's Office, where she started the health insurance consumer advocacy program and was the lead health care fraud attorney, Capitol Hill lobbyist for reproductive rights and author of “Know Your Rights: A Handbook for Patients With Chronic Illness”.
